As the summer holidays approach, have you thought of memorizing Scripture?
The Bible is a limitless treasure. Paul in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 reminds us that "all Scripture is breathed out by God...that the man of God, may be complete, equipped for every good work". The Bible is not just any word, nor is it just a moral guidebook for life, but it is the living and active word of God for his people. The more we swim in God's word, the more vivid the invisible Christ becomes in our lives and we'll have a well of truths stored in our hearts.
